Hard and Soft Fudge
Now, we have two very tasty different kinds of fudge in our shop. The first is Vanilla Fudge which comes in square blocks with the smooth, creamy consistency of high quality fudge. Our second kind is Scottish Tablet. This differs slightly from the other fudge slightly as it has a brittle, grainy texture. The perfect well-made Scottish Tablet is a medium-hard confection and this is exactly what ours is. It is hugely popular in our shop and many people even tell us that it is better than the home-made stuff!
Two nice little bars of peanutty goodness with a sidekick of caramel and fudge. No one is really sure why the bar is called Oh Henry. Some suspect it is named after a boy who would flirt with the girls who were making the candy, others say it was named after the American writer O. Henry and some say that it was originally named after a man called Tom Henry. Who knows! Not us but we do know that it sure is tasty!

This 'sweet' has got to be the most amazing flavour in the whole world.
When we opened our shop we offered free tasters of Scottish Tablet and now we sell soooo much of it! It's definitely a WOW sweet!
Similar to a vanilla fudge recipe, only it's harder, sweeter, crumblier, and much lovelier!
It's also made with condensed milk, need we say more!
And its crafted by a small confectioner in Perthshire which makes it even better as it's lovingly hard made...though is it ever gonna be as good as when your nan made it Well, yes. Yes, it definitely is.
We recommend a block of Tablet with a cup of traditional English tea. Omnomnom.
